Policies & Service Terms
Work commences strictly after required payments or deposits have successfully cleared.
Tier 1 consultations must be paid in full (100%) prior to scheduling appointment confirmation.
Tiers 2 & 3 require full settlement prior to final print-ready production file handoff.
Tiers 4 through 7 require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work commences; the remaining 50% balance is due prior to final file submission or live KDP publishing.
Project Cancellation: Once active work has begun, paid amounts are strictly non-refundable. If an author terminates a project, a balance may remain due for all work completed up to that point.
Book Cover Design (Tiers 2, 5, and 7) includes up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions to the initial design concept.
Additional revision rounds beyond the two included rounds are billed at $50 per round or $100 per hour depending on technical scope.
New Design Direction: Fundamental changes in concept, theme, title, or visual direction after initial approval constitute a new project and require an additional design fee.
Clients are obligated to thoroughly review and inspect all cover typography, spine measurements, back-cover blurbs, manuscript formatting, and metadata before final sign-off.
Once final approval is granted by the client, any subsequent modifications or corrections requested will incur additional modification fees.
Nspired_Inkk Publications cannot be held liable for typographical, factual, or delivery errors that were present in client-supplied materials and not identified prior to approval.
The client's Amazon KDP account, royalties, and catalog remain 100% their exclusive intellectual and commercial property.
Nspired_Inkk Publications will NEVER request, store, or accept client Amazon passwords, Social Security Numbers, Tax Identification Numbers, or banking details.
All account setups and final submission clicks are performed by the author during guided screen-sharing sessions to maintain complete account security.
Nspired_Inkk Publications delivers expert publishing assistance, technical guidance, coaching, and bespoke graphic design.
Because Amazon KDP is an independent third-party platform with its own algorithmic review standards, Nspired_Inkk Publications cannot guarantee approval timelines, search rankings, sales volumes, or royalty earnings.
Every book ordered through the Nspired_Inkk store is personally inspected, signed, and packed by author Angelia L. Clark.
Standard handling and packaging time is 3 to 5 business days before carrier dispatch.
Domestic US shipping is calculated at $5.00 base + $1.50 per additional book.
International shipping is calculated at $20.00 base + $3.50 per additional book.
Tracking information is generated upon carrier handover and shared directly with the purchaser.
